Myanmar Food

This is my Dinner on 22nd December.

(This is not traditional cooking way, its only easy way to cook or modern cooking style, but the taste isn’t so different)

Chicken Curry
1. Mix turmeric ground, sugar & salt with chicken ( let stand it 10 min, sometime I put some yogurt also)

2. chop onion & garlic + young ginger or ground ginger  a little
onion should use double than garlic (for me I use 4 small onion & 2 garlic piece)

3. add 2 spoon of oil  in the pan/pot.
4. add chopped onion, garlic and ginger.
5. add paprika or chili powder
6. add a little cinnamon powder/stick
7. add chicken. Stir-fry for 30 seconds
8. add some water and cover the pan/pot
9. when water nearly run out, stir the mixture thoroughly
10. make it tasty with salt (if need)
Now you can prepare one dish on the table.

Bloody Tomato Paste (2 pcs is enough)
- cut & chop red color tomato
-. cut 5 chili
- a little chopped onion & garlic
- fish  (Need very little amount ….  I used leftover fried fish)
1. heat 1 spoon oil in the pan
2. add onion and garlic. Sir-fry till onion seem brown color
3. add paprika or chili powder
4. add squid sauce (instead of salt… salt also can use)
5. add fish. Stir-fry the mixture
6. add chopped tomato and chili
7. Stir -fry well about 5 min
8. add coriander and cover the pan.
One more dish on the table.

Morning Glory with Chicken Liver
1. Marinate chicken liver with some salt and let stand 5 min
2. Make the Pan hot and then put some oil
3. put 1 garlic clove (slides)
4. when garlic tend into brown, put chicken liver and fry for 5 mins (if you think its need, can put some water also)
5. add morning glory and stir fry
6. add some oyster sauce
7. make your own taste with salt and (some sugar)
Finish!

At last now on my dining table 3 dish and it makes me missing my mother.
